Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  1. Unworn

  2. Unused

  3. Unwashed

  4. In its original condition

  5. In its original packaging

Any returned item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  1. Beanies that have been worn or used

  2. Beanies that have been washed

  3. Items damaged by the customer

  4. Gift cards

  5. Sale or promotional items, unless stated otherwise


Return Procedure

Please include the following information in your message:

  1. Your order number

  2. Reason for the return

  3. Photos of the item if it is defective or damaged

We will then provide you with instructions for returning the item.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos as proof.

A replacement or refund will be offered depending on the situation.


Incorrect Item

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will cover the return shipping cost and the shipment of the correct item.


Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
